Great place! Perfect beach house. Everything you need is mapped out, very clean, kid friendly, easy access. Will be booking again!

This was probably the best house we have rented on this platform. The beach view and access was incredible with plenty of outside seating. The rooms were comfortable and large. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and cocktail making- complete with many different types of glasses, 3 blenders, citrus squeezer, cocktail shaker, etc. Lots of ice in the freezer. Should we find ourselves in Cocoa Beach again, it would be hard not to rent this house.
