Breezy Beach Escape – Ocean Views & Poolside Fun

We had a wonderful stay at Oceanus. Our place was very clean and had all the comforts of home. It was great to have a pool and the ocean steps away. They also had a nice sun deck when you needed the ocean breeze. We saw lots of rocket launches right from the balcony. Plenty of restaurants you can walk to and Cocoa beach a short drive away. Lauren was a fabulous host, everything was so perfect we barely needed her!

I was always calling to get something fixed I think the owner whoever it is. is only interested in money. Is first time I had to pay full amount in advance. The mattress was disgustingly bad full of urine stains etc or something ,didn’t know until had to wash sheets. The washer dryer combo didn’t dry ,and took a month with my help to get it to work they even sent the factory rep out after the maintenance man couldn’t figure it out the dryer vent was totally plugged .I cleaned it out my self ,had to go get a tool to do it and I told them what they needed to get the rest out, they had the maintenance man go buy what I told them they needed he came out and finally finished it over a month later. Had to get a handle for the patio screen door to balcony to be able to even open it another few days. Front screen door would not close all the way. One day I couldn’t open it to get out I had to hit it with a hammer to get it to unlatch There was no hand rail on the wall to hold onto to get up the 13 steps to the 2nd floor I’m 82 that was scary I told them at least 4 times never got a response. And the carpet on the steps were filthy dirty . There was only a small couch that would only sit 3 people and a little roll around desk chair , they finally after more than a month a chair in a box that I put together it was terrible it leaned back so far you could hardly get out of it we just used it to lay things on .we had my son visit and he sat on the floor. There was always a breeze on the beach and around the property. Very clam and quite. Great for a relaxing getaway.

We had a delightful stay in Satillite Beach. Condo immaculately clean, Lauren and her team responded immediately to any question. Residents very friendly and welcoming. Looking forward hopefully to next year.
