Very nice neighbors. Not sure if people smoke in the other apartments but you do smell some cigarette smoke inside the apartment so if you are allergic or sensitive to smells be cautious.

This rental was clean, cute and in a great location however if you are sensitive to smells, I would skip it. Host was easy to reach.

Very cute little condo close to everything. Perfect for a girls weekend, enjoyed the condo very much. Kitchen & bathroom have everything you need, plenty of towels & beach towels, plus beach chairs. Short walk to beach or drive to beach parking lot. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!
